Centre for Employee
Value™
Vision
To
ensure organisations invest in their people, systems and equipment for
long-term sustainability.
Purpose
The
Centre for Employee Value was established by The Ryder Self Group in 2006 to
provide a focal point for debate and research about employee value and
engagement within corporate Australia and overseas.
Through
industry participation, The Centre’s principal aim is to shift organisations
thinking from, regarding employees only in terms of cost, to, viewing
employees as providing value to shareholders, hence employee value.
Ultimately, it is
focused on assisting
organisations in retaining and attracting people to ensure a sustainable
healthy workforce.
The
Centre will use vehicles such as research, seminars and publications to
influence corporate thinking and activity in relation to employees.
